Signs are clearly visible but are ignored on a daily basis... both the Police and Croydon Council have been approached about this with Croydon Council saying the police should enforce the restrictions and visa versa.

The restrictions are pointless if nobody is to take responsibility. Heavy goods vehicles and commuter traffic is not only a safety hazard they damage the road surfaces and our properties.
